CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Deposits & Confirmations To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly toward your final balance on the day of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until this deposit is received. ✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling We value your time and kindly ask that you do the same. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client. ✨ Cancellation Fees & No-Shows Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment (no-shows) will also be charged 50% of the service cost. ✨ Rescheduling Limit Life happens, and we allow each appointment to be rescheduled up to two times. If a third reschedule is requested for the same appointment, the full cost of the service must be paid upfront before a new time can be secured. ✨ Refund Policy Please note that all sales are final.
